MTL Document Services scans thousands of images from paper and microfilm every day, according to our defined procedures.

Key information is indexed (as metadata) into a database, and released into the clients' chosen imaging software, allowing users to rapidly search for and retrieve their documents.

Alternatively, metadata can be provided in a csv file alongside the image files, allowing upload into the Client's EDM package.

Lesspaper Hosting
Secure web-based access to all scanned images via a browser, anywhere in the world. Ideal for multi-site companies, or clients who scan on an ongoing basis.

CD Retrieve
The ideal solution for entry-level document scanning applications. Scanned images are placed on a CD with a database and simple image viewer. There is no charge for the software, creating an economic step into document imaging. CD Retrieve can be delivered with any paper documents scanned by MTL.

EDM Integration
Many clients already have an EDM package, and we scan into a compatible format for a large number of solutions.
