Strategic Alliance Announced

MTL Document Services and Imscan Systems have announced a strategic partnership to provide expanded document management and hosting services to a global customer base. Leveraging the best specialist skills and technologies from both organizations, IMSCAN and MTL offer a complete solution for organizations wishing to address their business-wide information management, financial streamlining and archival needs. In September 2007, MTL signed an agreement to manage the existing IMSCAN document scanning facility.

IMSCAN are one of the UK’s leading document management, workflow and recognition solutions companies, with over 200 major client sites across the UK.  MTL now operates a daily mailroom service for IMSCAN clients; receiving, scanning, indexing and processing finance documentation for instant upload into their IMSCAN or existing ERP system. Our invoice processing service delivers significant cost reduction to Clients and is fully managed from Capture & Recognition, Classification, and Authorisation through to Storage and Retrieval.

The partnership means MTL can now offer class-leading financial streamlining solutions for payment, purchasing and logistics, backed up by a dedicated team of developers and technical support. Our existing and future client base can benefit from the departmental, enterprise or fully hosted solutions that can dramatically reduce costs in the purchase to payment cycle.
