June 2006 As one of the leading UK providers of high volume, fast turnaround document scanning services, MTL Document Services are well placed to successfully win new contracts. When a large PC Distribution company went to market looking for such a supplier, MTL proved to be the perfect fit.
The project involved the scanning of ongoing Accounts and Payroll documentation, alongside a large backlog for each department. Despite the size of the two sets of legacy documentation, the Client had a specific need for them to be scanned and returned within three weeks in order to meet auditing requirements.
Using our high volume Kodak document scanners, MTL Document Services were able to process in excess of 250,000 documents within the agreed timescale, and return the images on CD to the Client.
