MTL website updated for our 30th Year!

Welcome to our newly updated website for 2007. We hope you find it easy to navigate around, and it should improve viewing across different internet browsers. We realised at the back end of last year that our website template was looking a little tired, and was in need of an update.

The revised content on the website promotes our core services of outsourced scanning services and software solutions, especially our document hosting service. Furthermore, we have elaborated on our project management skills which have enabled the company to win 3 large back-scanning contracts during 2006.

2006 was a year focused on achieving ISO accreditation, and it took a lot of our spare time. However, we believe it was worth the all the hard work and effort as now we can focus on other areas of improvement, safe in the knowledge that our quality management system is striving to increase efficiency across the whole business.

The other news that has crept up on us all here is that MTL celebrates its 30th year of trading in 2007. Our official incorporation was in summer 1977 so we'll have to keep the champagne on ice for a couple of months.

We've come a long way from our beginnings as a microfilm bureau, and the development of the company in the last 8 years (under new ownership) leaves us very optimistic about the future. Many of our employees have over 10 years service, and three have over 20 years service. It's testament to their loyalty that MTL has been able to change and diversify in recent years.

I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of all the staff here to thank our customers for their continued support of MTL, as many of them were customers before the new management arrived in 1998.

If you are reading about MTL for the first time, we hope the continuity in our employees and customers illustrates our commitment to quality, as much as our ISO9001 accreditation.
